MATRIX MTC & IS3W/MTC

MATRIX MTC represents an advanced and innovative production control system specifically developed to obtain an exact meter count of the yarn collected on the individual cones in yarn preparation textile processes (winding, doubling machine,...)

This system consists of a MATRIX MTC control terminal which communicates with IS3F/MTC programmable sensors installed at the stroking point of textile machine, to control the stroke during the yarn collection process. The sensor, installed upstream the drum, intercepts and counts the number of strokes occurred.

The MATRIX CLEARER & ISSC system, consisting of a MATRIX CLEARER terminal and ISSC series sensors represents the BTSR solution for an accurate yarn quality control and fault analysis in yarn preparation processes such as winding, doubling, twisting and interlacing machines.
