Pc-link TENS

PC-LINK TENS represents the software solution developed by BTSR for an advanced quality control of the production, specifically aimed at the analysis and measurement of the yarn tension on yarn preparation processes.

Through a common Personal Computer and SM-DIN/TENS interface modules, the PC-INK TENS software makes easier and optimizes the programming and monitoring of TS5/D quality control sensors, installed on one or multiple textile machines.

MAIN ADVANTAGES

Using a Personal Computer you may program in quick and intuitive way, all the operation parameters of TS5/D sensors.
One comprehensive synoptic screen showing the operating status of all connected systems, with the aid of a self-explanatory color code.
Possibility of displaying and/or printing detailed software reports related to the tension trend of controlled yarns (max, min, average tension values, CV%), current sensor condition (Status) as well as the value of individual counters (Counters).
Production data storage and efficiency analysis
Possibility of upgrading the software on SM-DIN/TENS interface modules without having to physically replace the microprocessor.
