PC-LINK CLEARER represents the software solution developed by BTSR for an advanced quality control of the production, specifically aimed at the analysis and measurement of yarn quality and related faults: neps, slubs, added or missing filaments,..) in yarn preparation processes (winding, doubling, copsing, twisting, interlacing,..).
Through a common Personal Computer and SM-DIN/CLEARER interface modules, the PC-LINK CLEARER software makes easier and optimizes the programming and monitoring of ISSC quality control sensors, installed on one or multiple textile machines.

MAIN ADVANTAGES
- Using a Personal Computer you may program in quick and intuitive way, all the operation parameters of ISSC sensors.
- One comprehensive synoptic screen showing the operating status of all connected sensors, with the aid of a self-explanatory color code.
- Possibility of viewing the current condition of each connected sensor (Status), the detected faults (Nep, No Yarn, Slub +, Slub -, Yarn +, Yarn -), Doffing events, as well as the value of individual counters (Counters) with report print option.
- Production data storage and efficiency analysis
- Possibility of upgrading the software on SM-DIN/CLEARER interface modules without having to physically replace the microprocessor.
