PC-LINK KTF represents the software solution developed by BTSR for an advanced quality control of the production, specifically aimed at the analysis of production data related to yarn feeding control on circular knitting machines (socks/stockings, seamless), linear knitting machines, yarn preparation processes (winding, doubling, copsing, twisting, texturing, interlacing machines).
Through a common Personal Computer and SM-DIN/KTF interface modules, the PC-LINK KTF software makes easier and optimizes the programming and monitoring of KTF 100 RW, KTF 100 MF yarn feeding systems installed on one or multiple textile machines.

- One comprehensive synoptic screen showing the operating status of all connected systems, with the aid of a self-explanatory color code.
- Possibility of associating to each article a "Tension Profiler" which allows quickly and effectively adapting the work parameters of KTF/RW-MF systems to the specific application needs of the user.
- Possibility of displaying and/or printing several graphics which indicate in real-time the dynamic variation of significant operating values (yarn tension, current absorbed by the motor, motor torque, etc.), thus enabling the user to speed-up and optimize the "tuning" of the whole system.
- Production data storage and efficiency analysis
- Possibility of upgrading the software on SM-DIN/RW-MF interface modules without having to physically replace the microprocessor.
